*****Ladew UPDATE*****

So I spent all day yesterday shooting the Ladew Topiary Gardens just outside of Baltimore City, and it was unbelievable.  The weather was perfect, just enough clouds in the sky to provide for a good background for infrared and HDR.  It was around 80 degress as well, which made for a wonderful day roaming around in the absolute beauty that they put together up there.  This is a MUST VISIT spot to any east coast photographer in the US.  I got off about 520 shots, so I'm still in the thick of editing them, which will take some time, but I'll probably be done sometime tommorrow.  I will constantly be posting shots on here, and on my Tumblr in the days to come so keep your eye out, and if I have enough I will probably make up a journal specifically featuring the beauty of Ladew.  I shot the shrubs in IR, many of the landscapes in either Infrared (720nm) and HDR, and some in a combination of IR and HDR, and I got lots of insects including spiders, damselflies, dragonflies, a black swallowtail butterfly, and even some big nasty ants.  The dragons and spiders were so friendly that I was able to get my macro tubes out and shoot a bit in the 2:1 range as well.  I also got my first crack at water lillies, which are just incredibly beautiful when you see them in real life.  I really can't say enough good about the place, it was the most beautiful place I've ever been to in my life, and that is saying alot because I live at the beach where there are breathtaking views around ever corner it seems.  The people who work there do an amazing job.  So keep an eye out and I hope you enjoy the shots I have coming up!

Deuces :peace:
